Dawn is the President and Director of Operations of "New Dementians Professional Healthcare," Owner of "The Official Dementia Store" as well as a Certified Dementia Practitioner, Master's of Science in Dementia Studies, Certified PAC Consultant, Coach, Trainer, Speaker, Engagement Leader, and Mentor in the Teepa Snow Care Approach.
Dawn is committed to teaching and guiding exceptional healthcare professionals, and she has over 20 years of expertise in the field. She has trained many groups of Ontario's healthcare professionals. She wants to make a difference in the lives of dementia caregivers and their loved ones. To Dawn, it's not about the tasks at hand, but the individuals who need her care. She constantly stresses the importance of putting relationships with customers first and making everyone's day a little brighter in the process.

Dawn has the unique experience of creating and overseeing exemplary institutional dementia care communities. Along with her design consultations, she also offers one-on-one and group online coaching. Dawn's company has also just released a song that serves to both promote their efforts and reflect the lived experience of those with dementia.
Dawn's knowledge and expertise in the healthcare field grow deeper with each passing year. She has had the chance to learn and grow in many different areas of healthcare, including emergency care, long-term care, mental care, home care, rehabilitation, and palliative care. Dawn is an avid student who is now working toward a Ph.D. in Applied Social Research, Dementia Studies.
The care of people with dementia and the encouragement of their care partners will always be her first priority.
